Shape Run 2009

i cant find my bib no. too. if results are not based on chip timing, then why isnt all our bib nos posted????? please dun tell me its those manually recorded ones where those time keepers stand at the finished line to write down our timings one by one and missed out quite a few???

hope nike will sponsor other better races, shape run is not getting any better after all these years.

r there really 8000? cos based on the timings lists, there are just abt 6000+ records in total.

I couldn't find my timing base on my bib no initially. After a few thorough search, found my name referencing to another bib no.

To those who can't find their timing base on bib no, try search using your name. Ctrl+F and type your name. I found my timing using this method.

Maybe the chip we hav only record whether we go thru all the "checkpoint" but dun record timing. Coz, we do not need to return the championship chip after run, Organizer can't get correct timing from the chip.

Unlike GE, we need to return the chip and we were given our timing after crossing the start line.

yes. me and friend were quite puzzled when they do not need us to return the chip. In the end, they over clock my timing by a good 30mins!!
How can this happen? This is really ridiculous!!

Till now, I can't even find my own bib number!! This is the MOST TERRIBLE run I have ever been to!! And now, the Shape Run 2008 website is gone, I can't even find it on the website. Horrible!!

And they promised to send us a confirmation of our timing through email?? I don't even received it. And why can't they send a race certification to our place? This is what Stand Chart Run usually does. And by not returning the chip, no wonder this organisation is so terrible.

Nobody from the Committee has posted anything regarding how are we going to retrieve our timings and nobody bothers to reply in this forum at all!! Never again I will join the Shape Run. Its' too disappointing. Sighz.

FYI, We arent issued any champion chip at all. If it was issued, we have to returned the chip to them or they will fine us some money for lost/unreturned chips. The thing that record our timing is behind the number bibs, some wiring device. And this wiring device is CHEAP n LOUSY.. that's why all our timing sucks or gone missing.

Tink they will mail us the certificate, but don expect a nice one like Std char. Coz from their subsequent failures in their organising skills, i serious doubt if i will ever rec a certificate as promised in their website.
