Read Shape organiser's reply in today (25/7) Straits Times forum page. The contents is almost the same as you seen here (by shapey). There is no sense of regrets not to mention promises for improvements. They didn't even take our feedbacks seriously. Anyway, I'm in not to participate in their future runs. Good luck.

Me neither, having been thru 3 of their runs and saw no improvements. This not only discourage me from joining anymore SHAPE run, but wearing the brand NIKE also.

From the feedback from SHAPE, it was the sponsor's (NIKE's) fault for "blindly" distributing the bracelets, which leads to most of the 10km runners going home without it. To me, this is really DUMB! I am now boycotting the brand, I don't want to feel dumb wearing their product.
