i agree about having to Q for the drinks!!! c'mon after running 10KM the last thing anybody wanna do is to Q to get a drink!
besides, not every1 drink during the run...some pple get stitches leh if they drink...and it's water and not pocari sweat at the drink stations.
the sponsor did not sponsor enuff or org trying to save $$?

Oh ya....after q so long ah, only get 1 can nia...

and the Q at MS for the goodie bag was scary....almost to the point of depressing!
but lucky some guy directed us to another Q which was slightly shorter and moved relatively fast.

the goodies in the goodie bag were very good but the bag, although i liked it, i doubt it'll last me beyond 6-12mths (i guess that's good enuff huh).

hello there, thought i'd jus drop a message.

i feel that the organisers has done quite a good job so far though room for improvement.

The ques are quite alright compared to AHM or SBR. I have to que THREE HOURS for my OWN BAG at the deposite site. So the ques during this event is quite ok, furthermore its rather fast. Heh. Quite shaddy at the Vitagen Site and cooling at Marina Square minus the water point... Que long I agree and I really got piss with the helpers tending the Pocari store. One person one. Please lor, 10km no joke under the humid skies if Singapore. Heck care I took 2. Anyway, they have plenty what.

Water points, agree those fellas were idiotic... I was chased away by one of the Uncle on the road to Marina South. Said there's another water point up ahead... Plastic cups... Bad option. Not environmental friendly... Cannot squeeze cup and drink... Waste time to slow down and drink... Hot and humid Singapore nice to have cool water... Warm water hard to swallow... They should have another water at the last 2km...

Toilets, permanent ones alot along the way ie Lau Pa Sat and Marina Square. Cleaner and spacious compared to temporary ones. Anyway, 10km... I seldom hear anyone going to toilet halfway through the run unless walking.

Just thought I'd share.

I completed my 10km run, then straight to water point, but almost fainted on seeing the Q. I skipped those Q for vitagen and marigold whatever.
Straight to Marina Square for my goodie bag and blomp myself at Macdonalds for drinks and breakfast.

The Q for runner tag also a nightmare, should have a separate q for 5km and 10km. Standing there for almost 45mins. gosh..

But thanks to SHAPE for organising this. It's ok, minus the "Q" thingie..
